The facility is only a short distance from the highway and on the other side of the beach, so there is no traffic, it is very calm. The surroundings and views are very pleasant. The rooms and facilities had all expected facilities and were good, the caretaker Mr. Nagaraj is very friendly and helpful.

Conveniently located just 700 meters from the highway and a quick 10-minute drive to the temple, The hygiene standards are impeccable, with premium linens and toiletries provided. I loved the complimentary self-service tea and coffee in the room—it’s such a thoughtful touch! Cleanliness is top-notch, making the entire experience comfortable and refreshing. The location is stunning, surrounded by picturesque mountains and lush fields, creating a calm and serene atmosphere. Whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with a group, the option of 1BHK and 2BHK villas caters to everyone.A special mention to Nagraj, the wonderful host, who goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. Plus, the convenience of food delivery adds to the comfort. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable stay in Murudeshwar. Restorent is not available at property. They provide from other hotel. But hotel didn't provide utensils. Only one paper plate they provide and you have to pour all your food in that. Accommodation with breakfast is super costly. No item provided in hotel. You have to choose one item and it will be served with same process.

This is place is located at good place quite peaceful. Outside the city it gives you pleasent experience. If you are stressed out I would recommend this place. If you love the nature then this is the best place to visit during rainy sesaon. And staff is also good they will provide all the facilities.

The main thing what he liked here was the manager Nagraaj and his assistant LakshmanRest,The property was like it was described in the reviews so It was fine as per that .

Dislike is not the right word, but it would certainly be better if they start giving basic breakfast. Because there is no option one has to drive for 10-15 minutes for food and it is always good to see breakfast being made fresh instead of being ordered from a far away restaurant, early in themorning. I also feel that the air conditioners should be upgraded.They have to cool better because the heat and humidity was too much in the location.

Even though the stay is little bit inside, the caretakers arrange everything from autos from railway station to bikes to roam around, groceries if you wanna cook, foods from nearby restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. You won't feel a thing.Caretakers stay within the compound 24 hrs In a separate building and are sweet and always available. Also murdeshwar being a remote town, this is the best homestay you can get.Thanks to Nagaraj and narashim for making our stay very comfortable and safe.Highly recommend to families and friends who wanna spend a Nighy or two in murdeshwar. 2 bhk can hold upto 6-8 people.

The wifi router is in one room. So the signal is weak on the other room and in hall.The router position can be changed for convenience or a repeater can be used.

Rooms were good but the was poorly maintained like there were tremendous mosquitos, safety was a concern since the property is very aloof or open barren land.

Hygiene in the rooms could be better.

We stayed here for a day. Rooms were very clean. Loved it. A special mention to the wonderful care taker Mr.Nagaraj who's been very warm and welcoming.

Calm ...away from traffic...so no noise pollution at all...yet very convenient ...Very close to get to the murudeshwar temple

In Murudeshwar, expected a stay close to the beach. The property is located on the other side and at present is quite away from any other people staying around, except for one more probably similar property.

-Clean Spacious Rooms-Nice and Quite place because it is like a km away from the main roadd-Maharaj and Narasimha who took care of us are very proactive and humble

We liked everything, though there is no food facility there are enough places to go eat out or order in.. Our ONLY suggestion is to keep a closed dustbin outside the rooms so that cats don't litter the covers and food. (Yes there is a dustbin inside the room but if food thrown in bin it would stink the room)

Fantastically maintained excellent property with all required basic facilities and ameneties. Beautiful location and scenic view. Very helpful staff who goes out of the way to meet ur every need. Very close to the temple. Experience during the stay was beyond our expectations.

Wifi connectivity could have been better.Food could be preferably had near the temple area rather than asking for take away from the property because the complimentary breakfast is also bought from a nearby restaurant and we did not have a good experience with our breakfast.Note: Or u can make ur own food if u r taking a premium delux room as it has an attached kitchen

The apartment was a posh one with nice scenic view. The interiors brings good feel about the stay.
